Returns Policy

Woodie products may be returned within two weeks of dispatch if proved faulty or not as described. A replacement or refund will be given. The customer is responsible for the safe return of all goods, including any additional costs and in original packaging. Belts may be returned once for alteration within one month of purchase, free of charge. All goods dispatched remain the property of the 'Woodie Belt Company' until paid for.

Note 

Our products are made from natural materials, the way a hide takes tanning and dyes varies from skin to skin. While we make every effort to keep colours, and textures, this cannot be guaranteed. Products may vary in minor details from illustrations on the web site. Buckles are made from material purchased from sustainable sources and as such can go out of stock, a replacement material will be offered if this occurs. Small scars or other marks on leather are acceptable - this is a natural product.

Delivery

All of our products are hand-made to order. Woodie products are normally despatched within seven to ten days. These times cannot be guaranteed, as often we depend on deliveries to and from a very remote area which can be subjected to extreme weather conditions. If delivery is likely to be delayed we will let you know, giving you the option of cancellation.

As standard we use Royal Mail First class post, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, or International Airmail or surface mail.

Designs & Extras

The 'Woodie Belt Company' offer the means to have Buckles made from any timber known to man. We also, from time to time, offer competitions. The winner will receive the displayed gift within 2 weeks from being notified.

Ours T&C will be modified when new products are added to our store.

Privacy Policy & Payments

We do not pass on customer's details to third parties. Details are kept on file only as long as necessary to complete transactions unless the customer signs up for e-mail updates.

Card details are handled only by PayPal's secure server, and are not kept on file.

We do not send e-mail spam. All e-mail sent from the 'Woodie Belt Company' are as a result of direct enquiries or orders.
